I just browned a pork roast and put it in the crock pot with potatos, onions, and onion soup mix and 3 cups of water.
Simple, quick and easy! - just the way I like dinner!

Well, I bought a bottle of liquid smoke for a reciepe I found for BBQ Crock Pot Pork Chops - It didn't turn out too good, edible - but nothing I would make again.....
